 If for any reason you don’t feel like you cannot leave a 5 star feedback or have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first.  We want to know if there is anything we can do to fix a problem.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by clicking the link below.


    Item should be shipped with-in 7 days of Shoodog's confirmation of you request for item return.

    You must return items in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Returned items must be in their original and unworn condition, with all tags and packaging in tact. 

    We can only accept returns of shoes that have been tried on and fitted on  clean non-marking inside surfaces

    You must also include, in the same condition as received, all packaging such as boxes, tags and bags.  Do not tape or attach labels to the item's box.

    We cannot accept any returns that show any signs of wear or alteration from their original condition. We reserve the right  to reject or withhold 35% of purchase price refunded  for all items returned or requests for return that do not meet this condition.

      Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping purchased product back to us. We recommend shipping with a service that uses a tracking number. This will ensure efficiency and accountability when we process returns.

      When a prepaid return label is provided by ShooDog, the cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund  

        Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs . This means that your original shipping costs are non-refundable

          Once your return is received and inspected our return department (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

          In addition to a refund, we are  happy to exchange items    We charge a flat fee of .99 cents  to re-ship your exchanged item.

            Please provide photos when initiating a return for defective product.

            If we determine that the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. If the product is found to be not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund will be issued.
